Refund policy

At E. Dent & Co. Ltd, every timepiece is crafted and inspected to meet the highest standards of British horology. We hope you are delighted with your purchase. If, however, you are not completely satisfied, our returns policy is designed to be clear, fair, and simple.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return any unworn, undamaged watch within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible, the item must be returned in its original condition, with all protective stickers, tags, boxes, and papers intact.
Watches that show signs of wear, alteration, or adjustment (including bracelet resizing) cannot be accepted for return.
Custom orders, bespoke pieces, and engraved items are non-returnable.

2. How to Arrange a Return

Please contact our team at hello@dentlondon1814.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions and a return authorisation code.
Items returned without prior authorisation cannot be accepted.

3. Refunds

Refunds are processed using the original payment method within 10 working days of receiving and inspecting the item.
Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
International customers are responsible for return shipping, customs duties, and insurance until the item reaches us safely.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges may be offered subject to availability.
If your requested model is not in stock, we will issue a refund instead.

5. Faulty or Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that your watch arrives damaged or develops a fault within the first 24 months, please contact us immediately.
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects; it does not cover accidental damage, water ingress, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
Each claim will be reviewed by our technical team before repair, replacement, or refund.
